Vendakka Kichadi
Ingredients:
Lady's finger - 6
Green Chilly - 3
Curd - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
Coconut Oil - 3 tablespoon
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Dry Red Chillies - 1
Coconut paste - 1/4 cup
Green Chilly - 3
Curd - 1/2 cup

Curry Leaves - 1 sprig

Mustard Seeds - 1/4 teaspoon

Coconut paste - 1/4 cup
Directions:
Chop
the lady's finger into small slices. Take some oil in a pan and fry
lady's finger and green chilly slits till it becomes brown. Remove it
from flame and add the coconut paste to it. Take the curd and add salt
and curry leaves into it. Put the fried vendakka mixture in this. Take some oil in a pan and pop the mustard seeds and dry red chillies and garnish it in the vendakka kichadi.
