Chicken Roast - Dry
chicken recipe, goes well with Rice and chappathi.
Ingredients:
Chicken - 500 g
Ginger-garlic paste - 4 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Salt - as to taste
Oil - 150 ml
Big Onion (Sliced long) - 200g
Red Chilly Powder - 4 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 4 tbsp

Method:
Marinate the chicken pieces with
ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and salt.
Keep it for about half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions.
When they turn brown, add ginger-garlic paste and fry again.
Add the chilly powder and coriander
powder and saute well.
Add the chicken pieces and cook covered
turning sides in between.
Take the lid and allow rest of the water
to evaporate.
Serve hot with rice or chappathi.
