PLUM DELIGHT
 

Keep cool during summer...A refreshing drink
 

Ingredients

Plums - 600 gms
Salt - 10 to 15 gms
Sugar - 140 gms
Ice water - 700 ml
Ice crushed - 250 gm
Lemon - 4 nos
Staranise - 2 nos

Directions

Boil the plum in water with staranise till don, then add half of the sugar and 5 gm of salt and cook for some more time. Take out the pulp, strain and discard the seeds and skin. Process the pulp to fine paste in a food processor, add water, salt sugar and lemon. Adjust the consistency by adding iced water and crushed ice. Serve chilled.
