Spicy Fish Fry

Ingredients:

Fish fillets - 1/2 kg
Chilly powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Mustard Seeds - 1/8 teaspoon
Small Onion - 18
Ginger - 1 piece
Garlic - 6
Salt - to taste
Oil for frying

Directions:

Wash the fish and cut out the fish fillets. Make a paste of chilly, garlic, ginger, onion, pepper and mustard. Rub the fish with this paste and allow it to marinate well. Take a pan and pour some oil in it. Fry the fish over a low flame. Turn over and fry both the sides properly.
