Traditional Fish Curry

Ingredients:
Fish - 1 kg
Ginger - 1 piece
Garlic - 6
Small Onions - 4
Green chillies - 2
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Kudum Puli - 3 pieces
Fenugreek seeds - 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Curry Leaves - 2 sprigs
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 teaspoon
Directions:
Clean the fish well and cut them into pieces. Soak the kudampuli in a cup of water. Take some oil in a pan and pop mustard seeds. Add fenugreek seeds and curry leaves. To this add Chilli powder, Coriander powder and turmeric powder. Roast it for a minute. Then saute the chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies. Add the soaked kudampuli with sufficient water and salt to taste. Allow it to boil and then add the fish fillets and cook well.
