Kappa (Tapioca) is a dish commonly used in Kerala homes. It is served with Mulaku or Coconut chutney.
Ingredients:

Tapioca - 1 kg
Salt - as required
 
For Mulaku chutney:
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Small Onion Sliced - 2
Salt - as required
Coconut Oil - 2 tsp
Method:

Clean the tapioca and cut it into big round pieces. Cook in water and salt till done.
When the tapioca gets cooked, drain the rest of water. Serve with Mulaku chutney.

Mulaku Chutney :
Mix all the ingredients to a paste for the chutney to be used with the cooked tapioca.
