Pachadi
Ingredients:
Raw mango or cucumber - 2
Onion - 1/2
Green chilli - 3
Grated coconut - 3 tablespoon
Dried red chilli - 3
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
Salt to taste
Curd - 1 cup
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Onion - 1/2

Curd - 1 cup
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Directions:
Boil
the vegetable in water by adding salt. Make a paste of grated coconut,
green chillies and cumin seeds. Add this to the vegetables. Take some
oil in a pan and pop the mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chilly and
pour this to the cooked mixture. Allow it to cool and then add the curd
to it and mix well. _____________________
