FISH FRY
 

Easy to make fish fry
 

Ingredients

Pomfret or Salmon - 500 gm
Pepper corns - a few
Garlic - 4
Red chilli - 10 gms
Termeric - 1/2 tsp
Coconut Oil - 30 ml
Onions - 5 gms
Salt to taste

Directions

1. Clean and cut fish into medium size.
2. Grind onions, red chillies, pepper corns, turmeric, garlic and salt.
3. Smear on fish and keep it aside for half an hour.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan.
5. Shallow fry fish on both sides till brown and fairly crisp.
6. Drain each piece on the side of the frying pan away from direct heat for about 2 to 3 minutes before removing.
