Crab Masala

Ingredients:

Crab diced - 1/2 kg
Onion - 200 gms
Ginger - 25 gms
Green Chilli - 4
Garlic - 25 gms
Curry Leaves - 2 sprigs
Tomato - 100 gms
Coconut milk - 1 cup
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 25gms
Chilli powder - 30gms
Salt - to taste
Coconut oil - 2 tablespoon

Directions:

Take some oil in a pan and saute sliced onion, garlic, ginger, curry leaves and green chilli in it. Fry it until it turns brown color. To this add all the spices and chopped tomatoes. Then add the crabs to this and cook by adding sufficient water. Finally add some coconut milk and heat it. Remove from flame before getting boiled.
