Kappa(Tapioca) Puzhukku is a Kerala`s traditional style of making Tapioca. It can be served with Fish curry

Kappa(Tapioca) Puzhukku is a Kerala`s traditional style of making Tapioca. It can be served with Fish curry.
Ingredients:

Tapioca - 1 kg
Grated Coconut - 1
Garlic Flakes - 2
Green Chilli - 2
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coconut Oil - 2 tsp
Salt - as required
Curry leaves - 1 spring
Method:

Clean the tapioca and cut it into small pieces. Cook in water, turmeric powder and salt till done.
 
Grind the coconut, garlic and green chilli in a mixer.
 
Mix the cooked tapioca and the grounded coconut.
 
Pour coconut oil on the top along with curry leaves and mix well.
