Prawns Roast

Ingredients:
Prawns - 1 kg
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Large Onion - 4
Ginger - 1 piece
Green Chilly - 4
Garlic - 15
Dry Red Chillies - 3
Coconut Oil - 2 tablespoon
Tomato - 1
Chilly powder - 2 teaspoon
Directions:
Clean the prawns well and boil them by adding turmeric powder, salt and pepper powder. Take some oil in a pan and fry chopped onions, garlic, ginger, green chilli and dry red chillies. Saute it till they become red in color and then add the cooked prawns to it. Then add the chilli powder and chopped tomatoes. Finally add coconut oil to this curry and cook until it is done.
