Vegetable and Fruit diets have importance in ayurvedic medication. More
over vegetable are healthy and nutritious. This recipe is the
preparation of vegetable curry using peas and cabbage.
Ingredients
Cabbage – 2 cups (chopped)
Tomato – 1
Peas – ¼ cup
Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp
Basen flour – 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Fennel – 1 tsp
Greated ginger – 2 tsp
Hing – 1 pinch
Salt – ¼ tsp
Water – 4 tbsp
Yogurt – 2 tbsp
Tomato – 1
Peas – ¼ cup
Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp
Basen flour – 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Fennel – 1 tsp
Greated ginger – 2 tsp
Hing – 1 pinch
Salt – ¼ tsp
Water – 4 tbsp
Yogurt – 2 tbsp
Directions
Stream the vegetables. Saute the spices in
sunflower oil. Add the basin flour to it and roast. When the flour is
roasted add the water followed by yogurt and the vegetables. Keep on
gentle flame for one minute and remove from flame.
