EMERGENCY COOKING RECEIPE
Ingredients
beans,carrot,green peas - appr.150 gm chopped
spring onion ,coriander leaves - to garnish
cloves,cinnamon,cardamom - 2-3 pieces each
ghee - 1 tablespoon
salt
basmati rice - 2 cups

Directions
pre-heat microwave oven for 15 minutes .add all
ingredients except the garnishing in a microwave pan and mix it
well.cook for about 25 - 30 minutes in medium microwave power.
while cooking,open microwave and mix it twice as to make all ingredients to distributed evenly.
after cooking, garnish with spring onion and coriander leaves. cashew nuts and raisins can be added if needed. with a side dish and pickle, it is delicious.
