Ingredients
Chicken 1/2 kg
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Green chilies 4
Ginger/Garlic to be cut into small pieces 2 tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
A pinch of Ajinomoto
Salt to taste.

Directions
Marinate the chicken with corn flour and salt only and then deep
fry the chicken and keep aside. Then fry the chilies and ginger/garlic,
when these are become brown put the Soya Sauce, ajinomoto and a little
water and simmer for a little while. When this bubble put some corn
flour (liquid form) for gray and drops in the fried chicken and removes
from fire.
