Kadai Murg is a stir-fried chicken cooked (in a wok called kadai in India) with spices and tomato and garnished with dry fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi). Ingredients:



 
Kadai Murg is a stir-fried chicken cooked (in a wok called kadai in India) with spices and tomato and garnished with dry fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi).
Ingredients:

Chicken - 750 g
Oil - 100 g
Ginger - Garlic Paste - 4 tsp
Dry whole Red Chillies - 10 g
Dry whole Coriander - 2 tsp
Tomato - 750 g
Green Chillies - 2 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 2 tsp
Onion (Big) - 150 g
Capsicum - 50 g
Salt - as required
Garam Masala - 2 tsp
Kasuri Methi - 2 tsp
Kadai Murg
Method:
Heat Oil in a pan and fry ginger - garlic paste until it turns light brown.
 
Add the Masalas, tomato, green chillies, and coriander leaves to this and saute for some more time.
 
Add Chicken pieces, onion, capsicum and salt to this and cook covered.

When the gravy thickens sprinkle garam masala and kasuri methi on it and mix.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
