***Cut the beef into thin strips and boil it with the 2nd ingredients and some water.Keep aside the broth . ***In a kadai with hot oil ,saute the 4th ingredients.Then to it add the boiled beef ,maida and the broth which we kept aside before.Let it cook till the gravy gets thick.Garnish it with some coriander leaves. |
