Step 1
Marinate ribs in the bag in the
fridge following packet directions for at least 20 mins. Preheat oven to
200°C or 180°C fan. Line a roasting pan with baking paper.

Drain ribs from marinade. Add to pan. Roast, turning once, for 45-50 mins or until tender.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying
pan over high heat. Stir-fry the onions for 1-2 mins or until softened.
Add ginger and stir-fry for 1 min. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for
3-4 mins or until heated through. Add rice and basil. Toss to combine.

Serve ribs with rice.
